Forgot password

Receive by email a link (valid for 1 hour) to choose a new password.

What it is for

Regain access to your account without anyone’s help.

An active account with a password and access to the sign-in mailbox.

On the “Sign in” page, click “Forgot your password?”.
Enter your “Email” then click “Send the link”.
The message “If an account exists with this email, a link has just been sent.” is shown.
Open the email “Reset your Formtool password” and click the link.
Enter your “New password” (10 characters minimum) and click “Save”.

The Sign-in page shows “Password changed. Sign in.” You can sign in with the new password.

The link is single-use and valid for 1 hour. A new request replaces the previous link.
Check your spam folder.
The message is identical whether the account exists or not: this is intentional, to protect privacy.

I receive no email.: Check your spam folder and the spelling of the SIGN-IN email (not the contact email). Wait a few minutes. Maximum 5 requests per 15 minutes.
“This link has expired. Request a new one.”: The link is more than an hour old or has already been used: make the request again.
